How much is shipping?
We offer a flat shipping rate of $8.50 when shipping with UPS Ground. Shipping with UPS Ground is FREE if your order totals $40 or more. Please visit our Packing & Shipping page for more information.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
For orders shipped via UPS ground, you should expect your order to arrive between 7-10 days after it's shipped. Please allow 2 business days for us to first process your order.
How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, you will receive an e-mail with the status of your order along with a tracking number. If you are a registered customer, you can view the status of your order from our website. Click on the "My Account" link and login with the e-mail address and password you used to register. Once you login, click on "View Order History" link to view the status of your order. If you have any questions regarding your order feel free to contact us. (Be sure to include your order number.)
